Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Shipping timelines do not include potential delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen external factors.
- United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- International: 7–30 business days after dispatch
Shipping Costs
United States Orders We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States. Free shipping is available for U.S. orders over USD 200.00.
International Orders
International orders are subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to predict the exact amount as rates vary by country and order value. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Please note that customs processing may also cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
