Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, items must be new, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@blackvoyage.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. No restocking fees are charged.

If your original order qualified for free shipping and the return causes the order value to fall below the USD 200 free shipping threshold, the original outbound shipping cost of approximately USD 10 to USD 15 will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders and Customs Duties

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their destination country.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges and is returned to us, the original outbound shipping cost and any additional return shipping or handling fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of receipt and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for perishable goods, personalized or customized products, gift cards, or sale and clearance items. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before initiating the process.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Black Voyage is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or significantly delayed by shipping carriers or customs authorities. However, if your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier. Any resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation outcome, and replacement or refund is not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery

Black Voyage is not liable for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. Upon request, we may provide proof of delivery and carrier documentation for your reference.
