Yes, our products are designed with air travel in mind. Since airline size and baggage policies vary, we recommend checking your airline's policy before flying.
Both share the same premium materials and core Black Voyage experience. The Pro Lite is the lighter option, while the Pro adds features like a TSA lock and USB port for travelers who want more built-in convenience.

IPX8 is a high-grade waterproof rating that also indicates strong airtight performance — important for vacuum compression bags. Most standard bags are rated around IPX6; IPX8 means better compression that holds longer and is less likely to re-inflate.
Both feature Black Voyage’s vacuum compression system. The AirCabin Pro adds a TSA lock, wheel lock, and a polycarbonate shell for greater protection and convenience, but it is also heavier.

Yes — our backpacks and suitcases generally include a pump. Check the product page to confirm what's included with a specific item.

Charge the pump for at least 3 hours before first use. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn it on or off (a safety lock to prevent accidental activation). Use the top port for deflation and the side port for inflation. One charge lasts up to 20 uses. The USB port is a pass-through — it doesn't generate power on its own. Place a power bank inside the bag, connect it to the internal cable, then plug your device into the external port to charge without opening the bag.
Align the zipper fully along the compartment, then run the sealing slider across to close any gaps. Attach the pump or activate the built-in Vortex system to remove air. Proper sealing is key to achieving maximum compression. Watch tutorial

Some slow re-inflation is normal — it's a built-in safety feature to prevent damage from prolonged compression. If the bag re-inflates immediately or can't hold vacuum at all, try resealing the zipper with extra pressure. If the issue persists, it may indicate a defect.
Yes, a snug zipper is expected for an airtight seal. Make sure it's fully aligned before sliding the sealing clip, and avoid forcing it at an angle to prevent wear.

Ensure the pump is fully charged (at least 3 hours) and remember to hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn it on. Confirm you're using the correct port and nozzle. If it still doesn't work, consult the manual or watch the pump tutorial.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days; international orders within 14-28 business days. Delivery times may vary due to global supply chain conditions.

Yes — free shipping is available on orders over $200 shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), Hawaii, Guam, and other U.S. territories are subject to shipping charges. International orders are also not eligible for free shipping.
No, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
All products are covered against manufacturer defects — including design, material, and manufacturing issues. Normal wear and tear, accidents, and improper use are not covered.
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds. A 10% handling fee applies to most returns, calculated on the refund amount after any shipping deduction — this fee is waived in full for orders with Shipping Protection. Orders that used a discount code or included a bundle promotion are refunded according to our proportional discount rules. Please see our Refund policy for full details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout — in that case, we provide a free prepaid return shipping label. Your original outbound shipping charge is never refunded, with or without Shipping Protection, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on that guards against shipping damage, loss, or theft, and makes returns easier. If your order includes it: we waive the 10% handling fee, provide a free prepaid return label, and won't deduct the original shipping fee even if your return drops your order below the free shipping threshold. The Shipping Protection fee itself is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
