What if the seal doesn't hold?
The lifetime warranty covers it: repair or replacement. First, zip the chamber fully closed and run the pump again. The chamber holds 168 hours. If it still won't, email hello@blackvoyage.com. Returns stay open for 30 days.
How much fits?
35L day to day, 50L with the expansion open, up to 60L with the expansion open and the Vortex chamber sealed. The sleeve fits a 16-inch laptop. Only soft goods compress: shoes and toiletries take their usual space.
Is the pump included?
Yes. The Vortex pump ships in the box. It runs on USB-C power with no lithium battery inside, so there's nothing to charge before a trip. Plug it into any USB-C power source.
