Is it heavy?
Packing 60L carries real weight — and this isn't even the heaviest bag in our series. The heft is the hardware: laptop padding, YKK® AquaGuard® zippers, TSA-approved lock, tech pouch. Cordura: 2.37 kg. X-Pac: 2.2 kg. Aero is the lighter line.

Will the vacuum seal erupt mid-trip?
No. Compressed clothes push outward the whole trip; on budget bags the seal or zipper gives first. The Vortex chamber is Waterproof (IPX8) — the only travel backpack compression chamber with that rating. Dual-seal TPU, YKK® zippers, built for the pressure. One seal holds 168 hours — cabin pressure included.
